Our church is run on a cell vision i.e G12 vision. Every church member is encouraged and trained to be a leader of 12 people as Jesus did. We have open cells every Sunday after service. The open cells involve all people including new members and new converts; they meet with a cell leader for about 30 mins to welcome new members and to invite them to come to their cell meetings.
We have cell meeting every Tuesday and Thursday where cell leaders meet with their disciples and fellowship together. We also have cells presentations once every year where all cells present their activities; this encourages them to get involved in the ministry and to become leaders of others.
