This is a leadership school which trains church members to become leaders. it is a one year certificate course which has to be taken by every member who wants to become a cell leader. As already mentioned our church is run on cell vision that's why we train our people in this vision In order to know how to run a cell and how to lead. The student is given a certificate after completion of three levels of school of leaders' course.
